Criminal Justice
Minnesota Domestic Violence Collaborative
Monthly, Violence Free Minnesota hosts the Minnesota Domestic Violence Collaborative - a meeting of law enforcement, government agencies, and coalition partners. The Domestic Violence Collaborative creates a space for leaders in the criminal justice system to ask questions, identify trends, and share challenges and successes with one another. We know that breaking down silos enhances victim/survivor safety and we are committed to building bridges with our partners to create a safer Minnesota for all.

Special Projects
Our criminal justice system work also involves grant-funded special projects that allow Violence Free Minnesota to delve more deeply into the causes, impacts, and realities of relationships abuse in Minnesota. These projects also provide us with the opportunity to pilot innovative solutions to address gaps, barriers, and needs in domestic abuse response.
